"I don't see a crime here," says Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz.The democrats have absolutely no influence left. Of course, every story has to be spun as yet another impending impeachment. The reality is that they're nowhere near such a thing happening and the democrats just got another reality check. This time by one of their own - Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz (a man that actually voted for Hilary Clinton).
In a recent interview with Fox news, Dershowitz said the following about the FBI investigations around Russia's involvement:
- “Nobody can point me to a statute that would be violated [by the Trump-Russia collusion]... And a prosecutor is only allowed to look for evidence of a federal crime.”
- “the worst cast scenario” for Trump would be if the investigation concludes with the indictment of former national security adviser Michael Flynn — which even then would take a year or two..
- Mueller’s appointment will benefit Trump because Mueller is a “very honorable” man who won’t leak information
- “I don’t see any crime here at all,” Dershowitz said, referring to Comey’s dismissal.
